City Farm. Save the Animals!

As readers will know the threats to Newham City Farm have increased. The council have now agreed to shut the 44 year old farm permanently.

Not only has the public been outraged by the cuts, but there are now real concerns being raised about what will happen to the remaining livestock. Protesters are asking “What will happen to the animals?”

They are demanding that no animals should be put down and want a guarantee from the mayor to that effect. So Mayor Fiaz, is there a guarantee that homes will be found for all of the animals?
